Set out from drawings
Pegs and lines taken straight from the engineer's drawings. Diagonals checked, datum levels established, deviations flagged before the dig starts.

Strip, trench-fill, raft or pad — dug square, clean and to the specified depth. Rotating laser level checked at every corner before we hand over.

Building Control inspection
We hold the dig open and stay on site for the inspection — no losing a day waiting on us. Any deepening or steel-fix requirements handled on the spot.

Pour & finish
Concrete co-ordinated to land when the hole is ready. Poured, vibrated, levelled and finished to the engineer's spec. Paperwork emailed the same day.
